What you get

  • Enjoy a home-friendly personalised exercise programme tailored to your goals, experience, energy levels, health status, injuries, and equipment you have available to you, whether you’re using just a mat and kettlebell or have a full home gym setup.

    Your workout plan will be hosted on my app/platform for easy access.

    Each exercise in your plan includes an in-depth video demonstration and will be continuously monitored and adjusted to ensure maximum success.

  • You’ll receive support, guidance, and actionable strategies to help you consume nourishing, gut-friendly foods, improve your sleep quality, enhance energy levels, boost immunity, and switch off more effectively.

    If you wish to follow a nutritional plan, I can provide an in-depth nutrition strategy session where we build a comprehensive plan for you.

  • You receive 1x complimentary virtual personal training session at the start of our partnership, included within the package. (optional)

    If you opt to have additional virtual personal training sessions as part of your package, these sessions will be conducted with me via video call and are suitable no matter how equipped your home exercise space is. All PT sessions last for 50 minutes and can be scheduled at a frequency of your choice.

    Virtual PT Sessions are £40 per session.

  • You'll have direct access to me via text and WhatsApp from Monday to Saturday. Whether you need assistance with an exercise, advice on healthy menu options, or simply have a burning question, I'll be available to help.

    To ensure you get the most out of your plan, we'll also schedule regular check-in calls every month. During these calls, we can adjust your program, discuss your progress, review nutrition and general well-being, check exercise techniques, address any questions you may have, and more.

  • You get access to a database of follow-along, recovery-focused movement sessions - from full-body mobility drills to more specific routines like hip stiffness, low back solutions, foam rolling, stretching and more.

  • Training only: £200 per month

    The training only package includes your personalised exercise plan, 1x optional remote personal training session each month, and direct whatsapp access.

    Full 360 service: £250 per month.

    The full 360 service includes everything within the training package, with the addition of nutritional and lifestyle support.

For the past decade, I have worked 1:1 with clients online and across London’s top fitness studios. With over 10,000 hours of coaching under my belt, I’ve been fortunate to work with a wide array of amazing people, including business founders, C-suite execs, stage performers, doctors, brides-to-be, busy parents, and more. In doing so, I earned a place on the Evening Standard’s list of London’s Top Personal Trainers.

  • It’s 100% online. Your bespoke exercise programme, nutrition support and wellbeing resources will be housed on my user-friendly platform/app, enabling you to consume and implement from anywhere. If you’ve opted for online personal training sessions, they will all be carried out via video call.

    Your exercise programme is personalised to you. Whether you workout at home, outside or in a high-spec home gym, your bespoke plan will be developed to suit. Traveling? no worries, your workouts can be adjusted to help you stay on track.

    All exercises come with a video demonstration with in-depth details so you can always feel confident in what you’re doing.

  • The coaching service is primarily designed for people exercising at home, whether you’re in your living room with just a yoga mat and kettlebell, or you have a high-spec home gym space.

    Your equipment availability will be taken into account when I create your exercise programme to ensure it’s designed perfectly for what you have available to you.

    Having a few bits of equipment at home will expand your options in terms of exercises, however they are by no means essential to having a great exercise programme or carrying out virtual personal training sessions.

    If you wish to invest in a few pieces for your home sessions, I can assist in finding the right equipment for you.

  • If you opt to receive virtual personal training sessions alongside your programme, these will be carried out 1:1 with myself.

    These sessions are a great opportunity to perfect your technique, ask any burning questions, and optimise your programme - ensuring you get the best results possible.

    All sessions are 50 minutes start to finish and completed via video call.

    Typically I advise clients to use either webcams, laptops or a phone supported on a tripod.

  • Of course! Please get in touch and we will be able to discuss this in further detail during our consultation to put a plan together.
