WELCOME, I’m Ollie

I’ve spent the last decade coaching and have been recognised as one of the UK’s leading personal trainers. I started Welltolead to help busy adults put their health first, regain their energy, and build a strong, resilient, functional body that keeps up with their life - for the long-haul.

  • Like many, I’ve seen physical decline happen too close to home - and far too early. From losing my mum young to watching people I love struggle with movement and illness later in life, I knew I couldn’t take health for granted.

    Many of the characteristics we associate with ageing - like stiffness, joint pain, weakness, movement difficulties, disease, and slowing speed - are largely the result of losing physical condition. By addressing this in our 30s, 40s, and 50s, with attention to exercise, energy, sleep, nourishment, and stress, the vast majority of these effects can be prevented or slowed.

    While time will ultimately have its way with us, we can take steps to ensure that our bodies remain vibrant, resilient, and capable - not just to add more years to life, but to gain more years in good health.
