Having spent the past decade operating in some of London’s most prestigious personal training studios, I have used my experience to create this 1:1 personal training offering that brings the ultimate fitness and holistic wellness service directly to you - providing you with everything you need to transform your health, for life!

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • You will receive 1:1 personal training sessions with me at a frequency of your choice. More details below.

  • I’ll design you a fully personalised workout programme that’s progressive, enjoyable, longevity-focused and guarantees results.

    Our personal training sessions will slot perfectly into this plan, and if you wish to exercise some more outside of our sessions, your plan will be there to guide you. Whether you want some mobility and recovery routines to follow, or perhaps you travel often and need some hotel workouts - you’ll be set.

    Your full workout plan will be hosted on my user-friendly online platform for easy access. Each exercise in your plan includes a video demonstration and will be continuously monitored and adjusted to ensure maximum success.

  • You’ll receive support, guidance, and actionable strategies to help you consume nourishing gut friendly foods, improve your sleep quality, enhance energy levels, boost immunity and switch-off more effectively.

  • I will be on-hand via whatsapp/text/email 6 days per week - so simply drop me a message and get the support you need, whether it’s sleep advice, healthy menu options, exercise technique, or some help with supplementation.

  • I has built up a long contact list within the health and wellbeing industry over the years, from physios, osteopaths, and chiropractors to nutritionists, mindset coaches, and more. As a client of mine, I can connect you with the best health practitioners.

  • Unlike most mobile training offerings, all of my in-person clients have access to my online coaching platform. So, alongside your in-person training sessions, you will have access to your full workout plan.

    So, if, for example, your workout plan consists of 3 workouts per week but you only see me twice each week in person, you'll be able to easily access your third workout on the user-friendly platform, allowing you to complete this session in your own time.

    This is a unique feature that truly provides you with a holistic service.

HOW THIS SERVICE IS CARRIED OUT

I bring everything you need for a diverse, effective, and enjoyable workout, fully customised to the fitness plan I've designed just for you.

From essentials like a yoga mat, dumbbells, and kettlebells, to specialised equipment such as an adjustable bench, suspension trainer, resistance bands, slam balls, sliders, a weighted vest, and more - I've got it covered. All you need to provide is a suitable space, and I'll take care of the rest!

This service can be carried out in three ways ↓

  • Option 1: I Bring the Equipment

    Equipped with everything you’ll need for an effective, enjoyable, and varied workout, I arrive to you with all the equipment your workout requires. You simply need to provide a suitable space.

  • Option 2: Your Home Gym

    If you have a home gym setup you wish to use, I can design and provide the personal training sessions based on the space and equipment you already have. Additional gear can always be provided.

  • Option 3: An External Space

    Sessions can be carried out in an external space, such as a park (weather permitting), or a gym you can access, like an office gym. Most public gyms will not be accessible as an independent trainer.

  • Pricing for in-person 1:1 starts from £199pm (1x session per week) and varies based on session frequency, commitment, location, and the addition of optional extras.

  • Typically, a session will last 60 minutes, allowing a few minutes either side for equipment set-up.

    Equipped with all the necessary gear for an effective, enjoyable, and varied workout, I will bring everything directly to you, ensuring each session is tailored to your specific fitness needs.

    Unlike most mobile training services, I recognise that access to the best tools is essential for a truly effective workout. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength and muscle, improve athleticism, or simply build a healthy body for the long term, you'll have access to top-of-the-line equipment to make it happen.

    From a yoga mat, dumbbells, kettlebells, and an adjustable bench, to parallettes, a suspension trainer, slam balls, bands, sliders, a weighted jacket, and much more - whatever your workout plan requires, I will provide. All you need is a suitable space on your property.

    Additionally, all of my in-person clients have access to my online coaching platform. So alongside your personal training sessions, I will provide you with your full workout plan on the platform for you to follow in your own time if you wish. You will also have access to my pre-made resources and habit tracker.

  • Yes of course, I can provide small group sessions of up to 4 people at a time. So feel free to invite your partner, family member, or friend to join.

    You Need a Plan

    Anyone can yell at you and put you through hundreds of burpees until you’re so sore you can barely walk, but what’s the point? There has to be a method to the madness. My approach is structured to ensure you make real progress toward your goals.

    Workouts Should Be Safe

    Results come from consistent hard work over time, and you can’t be consistent if you’re getting hurt. I’ve worked with dozens of people who have come to me with aches and pains caused by unwise exercise methods. My system delivers serious results while protecting your joints and building resilience. 

    Exercise Should Be Fun

    Hard exercise won’t always be joyful, but I’m very intentional about designing plans built on proven principles that don’t become tedious or leave you feeling stuck in a rut. Consistency drives results, and to be consistent, you need to find some enjoyment in the process.
